1. Who we are
Lucky Corner sells pre-loved vintage clothing online and ships within Australia. Contact us at hello@luckycorner.com.au.
2. What you're buying
A Wild Card box is a set of pre-loved vintage pieces of the type described on the box (for example, 3 tees or 2 pairs of jeans), packed in the size you choose. You also choose the hand: Straight (sport, active and street labels), Straight Flush (casual labels) or Royal Flush (smart casual and designer labels). Every piece in your box comes from the hand you chose or better.
The specific brands, colours and styles are chosen by us when your box is packed and aren't guaranteed — that's the wild card. The brand names listed on each box are examples of what you could get, not a promise that any particular brand will be in your box.
3. RRP
The RRP range shown on each box is our estimate of what comparable pieces would cost new at retail. It is a guide, not a valuation of the specific pieces you receive.
4. Sizing
Every box is packed in your size. Vintage sizing varies between brands and decades; we measure waists rather than trusting the tag, but we can't guarantee every piece will fit exactly.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. If we find an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
6. Shipping
Boxes are packed by hand and usually dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery within Australia is free and tracked. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
7. Dealer's Choice
Dealer's Choice is a box of pre-loved vintage pieces chosen entirely by us and packed to the top and waist sizes you give. You choose the stake (the price) only. We don't guarantee any particular item type, brand, label tier or number of pieces — the bigger the stake, the bigger the haul.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel an order for any reason before it has been dispatched by emailing hello@luckycorner.com.au with your order number. We'll refund you in full.
9. Returns
See our Returns Policy. In short: if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described we'll fix it, and change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days.
10. Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
