Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who we are
Lucky Corner ("we", "us") sells vintage clothing online to customers in Australia. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions: privacy@luckycorner.com.au.
2. What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, the sizes you choose, what you bought, and a payment reference. We never see or store your card number.
When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Technical: basic information your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address and browser type), handled by our website host. Your basket and this site's notices are stored in your own browser.
3. Why we collect it
To take, pack and deliver your order; to send order confirmations; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; and to keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our order database, hosted in Sydney), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email delivery provider (order emails) and delivery carriers. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes (generally five years) and then delete or de-identify them.
6. Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing privacy@luckycorner.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Cookies and browser storage
We only use essential browser storage to keep the site working (your basket and whether you've seen the cookie notice). No tracking, no advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
