The box says what's in it. The hand says which group of labels it comes from — ranked like poker: a Straight Flush beats a Straight, and a Royal Flush beats them both. You choose the size; which label you get is the luck.

Each pack carries a certification card with the packer's initials and the date. If it's not right, that's who to blame.
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it, swap it or refund it, and we cover the return postage. That's the law, and it's also the point.
